BO v SSHD (2019)
Successful cart style Judicial Review determined by the Court of Appeal, Iraqi national wrongly refused by UT and High Court refused to grant relief. Court of Appeal accepted arguments and permission to proceed to JR.
DVP v SSHD (2019)
JR of negative conclusive grounds decision which concluded Claimant was not a victim of trafficking. Craig successfully argued Defendant had failed to consider the totality of Claimant's circumstances. Claim successful and challenged decision quashed.
Anon. v SSHD (2019)
Ethiopian woman involved in anti-Ethiopian government politics had been refused asylum and was set to be removed from the UK. Removal prevented by emergency injunction and JR settled favourably and subsequent appeal successful.
PS (Iran) v SSHD (2018)
An outstanding 'Country Guidance' case before the UT case on the risk to Christian converts in and from Iran.
