Stephen represents asylum seekers and migrants in all tiers of the Immigration Tribunal. He joined Kenworthy's Chambers after two years as an advocate for Refugee and Migrant Justice (formerly the Refugee Legal Centre) and he also worked for the Immigration Advice Service.
