Patrick Cassidy Defends in £120,000 Fraud Trial

Patrick Cassidy defended Tomasz Borowski in a trial involving over £120,000 conspiracy to defraud; the case involved multiple use of false identities to take commission from funeral companies with fraudulent funeral plans.
The defendant received a two year suspended sentence at Liverpool Crown Court following the two-week trial.
The trial came after a five year investigation into the defendant by London's Police Insurance Fraud Department.
