Jason Harwood Joins Kenworthy’s Chambers

Kenworthy's Chambers | April 5, 2022
Kenworthy’s Chambers are pleased to announce that Jason Harwood will be joining the set in April.

Jason Harwood will join the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team. Jason has transferred to the Bar after over 18 years as a Solicitor. He joins from a large city centre law firm where he was a Partner specializing in catastrophic injury, chronic pain and fatal accident claims and where he was jointly responsible for managing a team of three Assistant Solicitors, two Trainee Solicitors, and two Paralegals.

Speaking about the new appointment, Practice Manager Maria Rushworth said, “We are thrilled to welcome Jason to Kenworthy’s Chambers. He comes with a history of securing tremendous settlements for clients and a broad knowledge of catastrophic injury and fatal accident claims.

“We are always looking to improve our team with experienced practitioners and are confident Jason will make a great addition to our set.”

Chambers and Partners also rate the former Personal Injury Solicitor very highly. The trusted legal directory has ranked Jason as one of their ‘Leading Lawyers’ since 2017, and describe him as a “determined litigator, very affable”, adding that he “really fights his clients’ corner”.

His solid reputation is confirmed by other legal directories. Legal 500 notes how Jason Harwood has “very good client handling skills, manages expectations well and always adopts effective tactics during negotiations.”

Speaking ahead of his move to Kenworthy’s Chambers, Jason said “I am delighted to be joining Kenworthy’s Chambers and of bringing my knowledge and expertise to the already very talented team that they have.”

This appointment continues Kenworthy’s Chambers history of recruiting high-flying Personal Injury Experts.

Please join us in giving Jason Harwood a warm welcome to the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.
