As a Criminal Barrister with a prestigious reputation, Martin is highly sought after for crime cases including fraud, drugs, corruption, money laundering, and people trafficking. He also receives regular instructions in the most substantial and complex murder cases.

Martin McCarthy KC was accepted into Silk in 2024 and joins our crime team to lead cases of utmost serious offences in Criminal Law, drawing from his wealth of experience in all aspects of organised crime.
