‘Representation at the Police Station: Part 3 (Common Offences)’ is aimed at Solicitors completing the police station accreditation course who want to learn tactics and tips on how to best deal with clients and Police Officers at the police station.

What Does This Seminar Cover?

This seminar will provide attendees with legal definitions of common offences, examine the meanings of the words used to determine between different types of offences, and review the points for the prosecution to prove in common offences.

About The Speaker

Waheed Baber is a Criminal Barrister with significant experience in general and serious crime. The Legal 500 describes him as a serious crime expert and a great advocate.

He has plenty of experience dealing with fraud and managing complex cases involving thousands of pages of evidence and multi-handed defendants. Plus, Waheed is regularly instructed in serious crimes involving multi-handed defendants - drug conspiracies, violent disorders, murder, and assaults.
