About The Speaker
Waheed Baber is a Criminal Barrister with significant experience in general and serious crime. The Legal 500 describes him as a serious crime expert and a great advocate.
He has plenty of experience dealing with fraud and managing complex cases involving thousands of pages of evidence and multi-handed defendants. Plus, Waheed is regularly instructed in serious crimes involving multi-handed defendants - drug conspiracies, violent disorders, murder, and assaults.
Regimental Sergeant Major, Paul Buckerfield, praised Waheed’s public speaking, commenting that: “Waheed Baber delivered an exceptional presentation to 200 soldiers of all ranks. It was extremely relevant and educational to soldiers who often find themselves in situations where self-defence can quickly turn into something much worse, with life changing consequences.”
