What does this seminar cover?

This seminar takes a careful look at income and service dependency claims under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976.

Within the topic of income dependency claims, we will explore the loss of income, prospects of earned income, the possibility of future promotions, gathering evidence, and calculating the dependency (with and without children). Within the topic of service dependency claims the seminar will examine the loss of gratuitous services provided by the deceased, child-care, household work, DIY, and gardening.

Additional areas that will be covered include potential dependents who can claim, heads of loss, fringe benefits like company cars, and loss of anticipated gifts such as help with wedding costs and house deposits.

Haroon will also talk you through the whole range of potential eligible dependents that there can be, and you will learn the three ‘heads of loss’ under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976.
