Who is This Seminar For?

‘Causation Issues in Clinical Negligence and Medical Product Liability Claims’ is aimed at Clinical Negligence Practitioners who deal with complex causation issues. What Does This Seminar Cover? This seminar aims to teach Clinical Negligence Lawyers how to effectively manage causation issues in both Clinical Negligence and medical product liability claims. About The Speaker

Haroon Rashid is a leading Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Barrister with over 20 years of experience working in the field of Clinical Negligence, handling cases that have centered around late diagnosis, misdiagnosis, poor operational techniques, inappropriate discharges, and surgical damage.
