Kishan Patel is Kenworthy’s Chambers Civil Fees Collection Clerk. He is the main point of contact for all civil fees and aged debt collection.  

As Civil Fees Collection Clerk, Kishan Patel handles all aspects of civil fee collections and aged debt, ensuring fees are paid efficiently and that any outstanding debt is handled effectively.  

He uses a systematic approach to collect fees for all our civil member Barristers, maintaining established fee collection protocol. His role involves routinely checking, communicating, and dispatching fee notes and letters to Solicitors and other clients to ensure efficient billing and recovery of outstanding fees.  

In his role as Civil Fees Clerk, Kishan Patel manages and maintains private, insurance and CFA payment recovery systems.  

In previous roles as a Collections Advisor and Customer Accounts Advisor, Kishan Patel supported people who have fallen behind on payments, by advising on the consequences of non-payment, budget planning, and organising repayment plans.
