Olivia Davin is a Pupil Barrister at Kenworthy’s Chambers who will practice in

Criminal Law
Olivia Davin is a Pupil Barrister who will specialise in Criminal Law following completion of her pupillage.
Prior to commencing Pupillage, she gained experience shadowing a Solicitor Advocate on knife possession and theft cases in the Manchester Magistrates Court, working as a Marshal at Bolton Crown Court, and volunteering with Inquest charity for two years.
While completing mini pupillages she watched the prosecution of a rape trial and compiled a factual report for a KC.

Immigration, Asylum and Nationality
Olivia Davin is a Pupil Barrister who specialises in Immigration Law. Following completion of her pupillage she will practice in Immigration, Asylum and Nationality.
Prior to joining Kenworthy’s Chambers, Olivia Davin expanded her legal research skills by constructing skeleton arguments on complex Human Rights cases. She also sat with a Judge and observed applications for refugee status when working as a Marshal at the Immigration Upper Tribunal.
