Before transferring to the Bar last year, Nadia practiced as a solicitor for 12 years in both private family practice and local authorities. During Nadia's time in private practice she became a member of the Law Society children panel.
She brings a wealth of experience in Children law and deals with highly complex matters including Forced Marriage, FGM, Non-Accidental Injury, Wardship and Deprivation of Liberty.
Nadia's time in private practice she managed matters including Divorce proceedings, Ancillary Relief, Co-Habitation cases.
She also practices in the area Court of Protection and deals with applications relating to deputyship, general welfare issues.

Nadia is a family practitioner, accepting instructions in both Public and Private law proceedings. She recently transferred to the Bar having spent a number of years as a senior solicitor in both private family practice and local authorities.

Nadia practices in the area Court of Protection and deals with applications relating to deputyship, general welfare issues. Nadia represents local authorities and litigation friends, including the Official Solicitor.
